Is VLAN 5 configured as an access or trunk port on the physical switch that hosts this uplink? Furthermore, can you verifiy that on the proporties of the DvSwitch Port Group under Policies -> VLAN it says VLAN type: VLAN and VLAN ID 5? One of those would be the most logical setting that causes this behaviour.
