1) logon to your VM to check your drive capacity
2) right click your VM and edit
3) say your C drive is 100GB and D drive is 150GB
4) select between Hard disk 1 or Hard disk 2 to check which one is the disk to increase.
5) say select hard disk 1, then go to increase the provisioned size, enter your desire size then click ok.
6) logon to you computer
7) go to computer management -> disk management.
8) right click drive c:\ and select extend (windows 2008 and above only)
